24/410 Yorker Spout Dispensing Cap

The 24/410 Yorker Spout Dispensing Cap is a precision-dispensing closure designed for smaller-neck bottles and applications where controlled, directional dispensing is important. Commonly referred to as a Yorker cap, Yorker spout cap, or dispensing spout closure, its tapered nozzle allows the product to be applied exactly where needed while helping reduce dripping, spills, and unnecessary product waste.

Compared with larger 28 mm and 38 mm Yorker closures, the 24/410 neck finish is particularly well suited to smaller and medium-format bottles used for specialty food products, flavourings, concentrated liquids, adhesives, craft products, personal-care formulations, laboratory products, lubricants, and specialty chemicals. The smaller closure profile also works particularly well with products intended for precise or measured application.

Available with either a 0.030" or 0.090" dispensing orifice, the closure can be selected according to product viscosity and desired flow rate. The smaller 0.030" opening provides finer dispensing for low-viscosity liquids or applications requiring greater precision, while the larger 0.090" opening provides increased flow for thicker or more generously dispensed products.

For food and beverage applications, the 24/410 Yorker is especially useful for flavour concentrates, liquid sweeteners, extracts, syrups, decorating sauces, juice concentrates, cocktail ingredients, specialty condiments, and other concentrated liquid ingredients. Outside food applications, it is an excellent dispensing solution for adhesives, craft glues, lubricants, dyes, inks, laboratory liquids, personal-care formulations, and specialty chemicals.

Manufactured from flexible LDPE, the dispensing components offer excellent durability and resistance to cracking or shattering during normal handling and use.
